Concord Innovations is led by Jon D. Chick and Erica D. Chick. Jon D. Chick is a dynamic program manager specializing in the strategic delivery of systems and information for pharmaceutical sales and marketing organizations. He has proven experience managing large-scale projects across challenging organizational models, from business requirements definition through successful implementation. Mr. Chick has been profiled in PharmaVoice and plays an active role in the Mid-Atlantic data warehousing community. He is also a member of The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI). Erica D. Chick assists organizations in achieving their strategic objectives by optimizing human resources and technological capital.  Her areas of expertise are focused on program and project management, particularly in the pharmaceutical and retail industries. Ms. Chick's business-savvy approaches incorporate principles from a number of fields, including industrial psychology, information systems, business process redesign and change management. Ms. Chick has published a number of articles and co-authored books on human capital management, human resources valuation, knowledge management and time management. She is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). Ms. Chick graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) with dual degrees in Organizational Science and Political Theory.
